The planned guest house is situated on the territory of the existing equestrian center Ekvitorus located in Pushkin region of Moscow.
Two-storey building, with a gable roof. Log accentuated porch. On the first floor porch, furnace, combined bathroom and kitchen with dining area, forming one common space. On the second floor are two double bedrooms.
Exterior Guest house: wood paneling with imitation half-timbered construction. Rhythm and size of sheathing boards and the color is stylistically in common with other buildings of the complex, especially with the neighboring hotel.
