Space-planning solution
The project provides the deployment of 3-part and 3-storey residential building (building № 1) consisting of:
- Technical underground at 0, 40, -1.30, - 2.20 for routing engineer utilities. The height of technical underground is -1.80 m;
- For the first and second floors the project proposes the placement of 1-2-room apartments:
a) In one-bedroom apartments: Living room - 20.89 м2; kitchen - 13.81 м2; WC - 4,55 м2; storage room - 2,18 м2; hall - 5.83 м2; corridor - 4.99 м2.
b) two-room apartment: living rooms - 20.52 м2; 16.47 м2; kitchen - 13.83 м2; WC - 4.66 м2; guest bathroom - 3,31 м2; hall - 13.45 м2.
- For the third floor the project offers 2-3 bedroom apartments with the internal mezzanine:
a) In two-room apartments: living room - 26.97 м2; kitchen - 13.83 м2; WC - 4.00 м2; hall, corridor - 7.84 м2.
Mezzanine consists of: living room - 9.68 м2; pantry - 1.91 м2; corridor - 4,04 м2; WC - 2.80 м2.
b) In the three-room apartment: living room - 46.20 м2; kitchen - 13.83 м2; WC - 4.00 м2; hall, corridor - 18,00 м2.
Mezzanine consists of: living room - 9.68 м2; pantry - 3.261 м2; corridor - 4,77 м2; WC - 2.80 м2.
The floor height - 3.00 m
Facade decision
Facing bricks with a combination of yellow and red hues. The cap is plastered and painted by acrylic facade paint of a gray color. The gable roof is soft of a light brown color («Tegola»).
