Space-planning solution

Project provides the deployment of 3-section,3-storey apartment building (Building № 1), composed of:

- Technical underground at 0,40; -1.30 - 2.20 for routing of engineer utilities. the height of technical underground -1.80 m;

- The first and second floors of the project are proposed for placement of 1-2-room apartment:

a) In a studio apartments: living room - 20.89 m²; kitchen - 13.81 m²; WC - 4,55 m²; pantry - 2.18 m²; hall - 5.83 m²; corridor - 4.99 m².

b) In double-room apartments: living rooms - 20.52 m², 16,47 m²; kitchen - 13.83 m²; WC - 4.66 m²; guest bathroom - 3,31 m²; hall - 13,45 m²;

- Third floor project provides 2 to 3 bedroom apartments with interior mezzanine:

a) In two-room apartments: living room - 26.97 m²; kitchen - 13.83 m²; WC - 4.00 m²; hall, corridor - 7.84 m².

Mezzanine composed of: living room - 9.68 m²; pantry - 1.91 m^{2; corridor - 4,04 m2; WC- 2.80 m2.}

b) In triple-room apartments: living room - 46.20m²; kitchen - 13.83m²; WC - 4.00 m²; hall, corridor - 18.00 m².

Mezzanine composed of: living room - 9.68m²; pantry - 3.261m²; corridor - 4.77 m²; combined WC - 2.80 m².

Facade Decision

 Warm wall is plastered and painted by crylic facade paint of a light beige color with decorative woodelements. Cap is plastered and painted by acrylic facade paint - gray color. Gable roof is of a light brown soft type («Tegola»).
