Moscow Region, Istra district, village Leonov
architect: Pismarova E.V.
One of the last works of the draft master plan was the celebration of Maslenitsa in Istra Broad valley, which includes detailed design and stuffed "Carnival" (architectural and constructive sections), made by order of "Vector Investments."
Diagram of the general plan primarily differs readable and understandable functional zoning. This is due to specific cultural events, when a relatively compact area there are a variety of attractions, points of trade and catering and are contests and games, which involved a large number of adults and children.
Another important factor is a representative component of the project. The axis of the main alley runs through the territory of the entrance to the main square and visually connects it with a unique structure pyatnadtsatimetrovym - stuffed "Carnival", the burning of which, according to the scenario, is the culmination of the holiday.
Needless to its silhouette resembles a scarecrow at the same time as samples of traditional folk and contemporary design objects (such as the Sun Tower in Osaka, Japan).
A distinctive feature of the building, perhaps, be called a bold bright color palette, which refers to theatrical and decorative painting world of art, and colorful clothes of medieval Russian buffoons, and the patchwork coat Fair Parsley.
Architectural laboratory offers the full range of services: from the initial permits, the development of all project stages to approval of projects and supervision.
