  Additional services of the company «ALPN Ltd.» are the copyright of the architectural implementation of surveillance to monitor the quality of works and their compliance with the design documentation, as well as the identification of non-compliance with regulatory requirements and their elimination in the design documentation for all project stages.

Field supervision - a set of activities that are performed to ensure that engineering and technology, space-planning and architectural solutions that match the technical and economic indicators to project documents, handed over to the examination for approval and, subsequently, the use of an agreed draft at the time of the object.

Architectural oversight in general, implies a control over the space-planning and architectural design decisions.

Architectural supervision - it is quality control of the contractor, and other architectural drawings of good quality, in accordance with State standards and regulations. And also, the quality control of materials and equipment used (according to the approved design documentation), and compliance with the established timetable for implementation.

All discrepancies or inconsistencies with the agreed project documents and regulations, and issues related to the use of materials in the construction of an object, they must be recorded in the corresponding "Journal of supervision," an official document for the Customer and the Project organization engaged in architectural control.
