The inspection of technical condition of the object

Reconstruction or major repairs must meet the technical examination of the state of the object.

dimensions of the building (area, living space, number of floors, height of floors);
documentation of the basement;
documentation of design decisions;
Information on foundations;
information on the load;
Documentation met planning marks;
and others.

  Based on work done , the "Report of engineering-geological surveys for the construction of buildings and structures"  is given to the office of the company «ALPN Ltd.» with the findings and recommendations, which are fundamental moments in the reconstruction or major repairs of the requested object.

  LLC "ALPN" carries out the task of the Technical and maintenance work on the implementation of technical examination of the object state.
