Depending on the size of the object, its significance, functions, and also taking into account the influence of natural environmental factors, the degree of anthropogenic pressure and content of works on engineering preparation of territories can be varied.

The section "Engineering training area" implements:

• Through the development of the Project site improvement on a scale - 1:500;
• How the section of the Project plan area where grading scheme is performed on the territory of the axes of the main streets and driveways on the scale - 1:2000.

The main tasks of engineering training areas are:

• Drained areas, protection from flooding, landslides protection from wind erosion, washout of topsoil;
• Site preparation for construction of roads, buildings, Small architectural forms, pavilions, leveling parts of the design marks, ie "vertical layout", which is directly connected with the organization of surface runoff of rain and melt waters;
• To strengthen the banks and slopes of the rivers, ponds, lakes, ravines;
• Drainage of wetlands and irrigation (watering) in dry conditions;
• Measures to address floods, karst phenomena, landslides;
• Reclamation - engineering and biological - the territory;
• Vertical layout or organization of the surface, creating a new terrain with its various forms.
