Proposals for the red lines
Alignment drawing of the red lines is developed in the project planning area of the residential quarter at MCR. Central, urban settlement Povarovo, Solnechnogorsk municipal district of Moscow region.
The red lines are installed in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, including:
Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2004 № 190-FZ;

Resolution of the Government of the Moscow region from 19.06.2006 N 536/23 "On approval of the composition and content of the draft plan area, the preparation is carried out on the basis of territorial planning documents of the Moscow region and on the basis of territorial planning documents of municipalities of the Moscow region";
RDS 30-201-98 "Instructions on how to design and establish red lines in the towns and other settlements of the Russian Federation";
SNIP 02/07/01 - 89 * "Urban Planning. Planning and construction of urban and rural settlements ";
"Standards of allotment of land to accommodate the road and (or) road service facilities," mandated by the Government of the Russian Federation from 02.09.2009 N 717;

In developing the layout drawings of accounting the following planning documentation was used:

The red lines are required to comply with all the subjects of urban planning activities involved in the design process and the subsequent development and construction areas of cities and other settlements.
Compliance with the red lines are also required for surveying and inventory built-up land or building to be within the boundaries of cities or other settlements in the execution of documents by citizens and legal entities in the ownership, possession, use and disposal of land and other real estate, and their state registration.
The project envisages the establishment of the red lines on streets and roads within the boundaries of the project under consideration in the planning area.
The project provides:
