The village is located in Solnechnogorsk Timonova area on the shore of Lake Senezh. The area allocated for the construction,it is burdened by several limitations. At the ground storey buildings of varying and time of construction already exists. Some of these buildings are dilapidated and should be demolished. A large proportion of the site down to the lake at a sufficiently steep slope. Here, the bulk of landscaping, with most of the trees are grown (50 years or more) and can not be cut down. The bottom section holds water protection zone of the lake Senezh, which according to the Water Code of the Russian Federation shall be equal to 50 meters. Taking into account all these factors, our company developed four versions of building area, characterized by the density of buildings, floors and housing types (blocks of flats in the type series, sectional houses and blocked low-rise individual houses - townhouses).
