Section: Means of transportation
Offers for transport services of the territory are being developed to streamline and to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians in the area of construction of new facilities for their transportation services and to determine placement of parking.
1.1 Street and road network
Transport service of the territory will be carried out on the road, "Lozhki-Povarovo-Friday", "Lozhki-Povarovo-Friday"-Belavino (roads of regional significance) and in the streets of a residential building. Highways provide a link with the territory of neighboring settlements and the federal highway M-10, "Russia." Project proposals of the draft plan are provided for tracing changes in the road "Lozhki-Povarovo-Friday" Belavino based on the architectural and planning organization of the territory. Planned axis of the road "Lozhki-Povarovo-Friday" Belavino-axis pass through the existing st.Pochtovaya. Connections and intersections of streets are arranged in a single level, taking into account the existing junctions and intersections.
Highlights of the reconstruction of the road network improvements relate to pavement and widening of the carriageway of the existing streets and roads. 1.2 The network of internal driveways

1.3 Foot traffic

The intersection of pedestrian and traffic flows should be equipped with pedestrian crossings (corresponding to the road markings and by appropriate traffic signs). In the study area is planned to organize unregulated pedestrian crossings. The decision to organize a controlled pedestrian crossing can be made in the future based on actual traffic intensities in the area. The width of sidewalks is 1,0-4,5 m also allowed the movement of pedestrians on the roadway driveways.
1.4 Public transport
The scheme of organization of the movement of ground public passenger transport and accommodation of planned stop points are shown in the worksheet "The scheme of the road network and traffic to the organization of traffic for the period of operation" (see appendix). Movement of ground public passenger transport is organized on the st. Pochtovaya and road "Lozhki-Povarovo-Friday." 1.5 Structures and devices for storing vehicles
The required number of parking spaces in the field of organized storage of cars is determined by calculation according to TSN PZP-99 MO / MO TSN 30-303-2000 "Planning and construction of urban and rural communities" and SNiP 2.07.01-89 * "Urban Planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements." Estimated number of residents of the planned residential community is 4700 people. Thus, the current car park will be 1410 units. Of these, should provide garages and open parking for permanent storage of not less than 90% of passenger cars (1269 cars) within walking distance of not more than 800 m project envisages construction of two-level underground parking garage, the total capacity of 1295 cars. For temporary storage of vehicles there are 987 parking spaces of rated capacity. Of these, 353 parking spaces shall be provided in the quarter. The project provides an open parking lot with total capacity of 368 parking spaces in a residential neighborhood. Parking capacity will satisfy the needs of the population in the distribution of vehicles.
