The initially-allowing documentation

Initial and permissive documentation (according to the List) should be delivered to the LLC "ALPN" company for the development of project sections. It depends on the stage of the project requested by the customer for the development.

  The company «ALPN Ltd.» provides support in obtaining the initial and permits the development of sections of the design stage.

For the draft plan TERRITORY:

Initial documentation:

resolution municipal administration to approve the choice of an act of land for construction;

the act of selecting land for placement of the construction;

the lease of land;

cadastral plan;

proof of ownership;

contract of sale;

matching services concerned district of choice land;

town-planning study of object location;

extract from the report of the Interdepartmental Commission for the placement of the object (if required);

Letter of the Institute GUP MO "Urbanism" - placement of the object;

Letter of the master of Architecture MO placement of the object.

Permissive documentation:

decision of municipality to design;

Architectural planning assignment is issued by the chief architect of the municipality and approved by the chief architect of the Moscow region, or assignment for the development of the project planning area, agreed the main architect of the Moscow region;


Finally, urban location of the object (Form 4 or 8);


materials for public hearings: Resolution of the head of the municipality to appoint the public hearings:


- A copy of the newspaper;


- Minutes of public hearings;


- The conclusion (outcome) - the result of public hearings;

specifications (if necessary);


NIiPI mark the transfer of project materials to the archive;


negotiation and conclusion of Project Planning Services area of the state supervision and control in the prescribed manner (STSI, MOBVU, etc., as well as organizations described in APL).


For surveying project TERRITORY urban development plans and the development of Plots:

materials of the approved or pre-agreed "Project planning area";


agreed "land deal";


surveying the area to be surveying, in electronic form (in the format of dwg or dxf) on a scale of 1:500 (in the coordinate system MSK-50);


inventory statements (plans) of land within the boundaries of the project development as well as excerpts from the State Land Cadastre (Form KV.1, KV.2, flat 3, KV.4, KV6) on the existing ROW in the territory of the proposed building and adjoining sites (in the coordinate system MSK-50);


registration plan for underground utilities (if on a topographic survey area is not mapped surface and underground utilities);


technical conditions for connecting the planned capital construction to engineering and technical support;


data sheets of existing facilities located in the boundary of the draft subdivision.


For the development of the projects` stages of capital construction projects for various functional purposes:

For the AUPD stage:

surveying the territory in electronic form (in the format of dwg or dxf) on a scale of 1:500 (in the coordinate system MSK-50);


design assignment (APZ) (agreed);


registration plan for underground utilities (if on a topographic survey area is not mapped surface and underground utilities);


data sheets of existing facilities located within the project (if necessary);



cadastral plan of the territory;


developed GPZU (Urban Development Plan of the land);



the act of choice land;


Report on inspection of the existing building, communication (with the reconstruction and overhaul);


For the "P", "RP" and "R" stages:

surveying the territory in electronic form (in the format of dwg or dxf) on a scale of 1:500 (in the coordinate system MSK-50);


design assignment (APZ) (agreed);


the act of choice land;


cadastral plan of the land;


GPZU (Urban Development Plan of the land);


registration plan for underground utilities (if on a topographic survey area is not mapped surface and underground utilities);


data sheets of existing facilities located within the boundaries of the development project;


technical conditions for connection to utility networks, sources of supply;



baseline data on the conditions of construction:


- Geological engineering;


- Engineering and geodetic surveys;


- Engineering and environmental surveys;


report on inspection of the existing building, communication (with the reconstruction and overhaul);


technological task.
