Linking project

The decision to link a proven finished project to the local conditions of construction - the fastest and most efficient way to get a working draft, which takes into account both the needs of the developer, and especially the construction site.

he project is performed in the presence of a binding construction of the Project, and in some areas (up to the first well). Typically, the project is appropriate for the binding of civil construction or industrial objects.

During the "ALPN Ltd." development some types of linking projects are being isolated and designed:

01. The "Linking project" along with the processing of the underground part of the building. The processing of the aerial part of the building implements.

02. The "Linking project" with the processing of the underground part of the civil construction objects. There are some project decisions that are made according to such type of linking:

• layout of buildings from the block-sections and block houses typical projects and their modifications or changes with the development of cell engineering schemes (heating, water supply, sewerage, and elekrosnabzheniya switchboard);
• Processing of parts and elements of the model and re-used projects with the processing of the necessary engineering sections;
• Change in the number of storeys;
• The modification of the layout of typical floors without changing the load-bearing structures;
• Development of attic floors;
• Facades recycling (balconies, cornices, entrances); 
• The replacement of equipment with the replacement of engineering systems;
• Processing in connection with the device driveways;
• The selection of engineering systems of ground floors into separate systems.

• layout of objects from individual plants, facilities (standard, reusable projects) with the development of schemes of heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity;
• Processing of separate parts and elements of the model and re-applied projects along with the processing of required engineering topics;

• Equipment replacement with a change in engineering systems;
• Processing in connection with the device passes.

The main stage of the ready "Linking project" for construction is the site planning documentation. It's being developed on a scale - 1:500, and includes the following sections:

• Vertical layout of the territory;
• Gardening and landscaping;
