Project beautification and landscaping

Landscaping is properly divided into two sections depending on the scale of the developing areas:

01. Improvement of building neighborhoods, neighborhoods, urban centers;

02. Landscaping and gardening in the local area or areas.

Here are the main types (elements) of improvement, gardening and small architectural forms in the residential development district, district, town-planning complex:

• vertical planning area;
• cartogram earth masses;
• plan for pavements;

• landscaping;

Consequently, these two design stages (Master Plan area development project, and landscaping) must be performed simultaneously. In developing the landscaping project site improvement standard solutions are used for small architectural forms. Development of individual projects, small architectural forms is carried out separately on the basis of assignments for the design.

Also, on an individual basis the design of parks, squares, gardens, boulevards is made, which require a mandatory scan of the main directions of the perception of the territory.

Gardening and landscaping of the local area or site suggests creating an artificial environment using natural ingredients.

The first stage of the design area is the creation of conceptual design and landscaping areas. Then, working drawings are developed. It is the final design phase of landscape design.

The project includes:

• Landscaping project - a master plan and planting of greenery of the territory. It reflects the placement and detailed elaboration of improvement, materials, color palette, matching accessories;
• The project of planting greenery, layout of trees and shrub plantings;
• The project is the principal organization of relief, reflects the characteristic elements of the relief, the main characteristics of high-altitude terrain, slope direction, the elements of the organization of surface runoff (trays, ditches, wells, etc.);
• Specification of materials, the scope of work, the balance of the area needed for the calculation of landscaping and required materials.

All project documentation for the landscaping project and greenery planting or site being developed on a scale - 1:200. Only on the basis of the approved master plan the subsequent development of the necessary documentation begins.
