Documentation for the Urban Development Plans of land includes text and graphics. In the graphic materials there are:
boundaries of the land and its coordinates;
border areas of the public easements;
minimum spacing from the boundaries of the land in order to determine acceptable placement locations of buildings, structures, beyond which prohibited the construction of buildings, structures and facilities;
capital construction projects (buildings, structures, buildings, construction in progress), located on the land, and their numbers in the order;
border zones of the planned deployment of capital construction projects for state and municipal needs and the number of these zones in order;
space allowed placement of buildings, structures, buildings.
