Project survey area

Development of project documentation on subdivision project area is built up in relation to the building and subject areas that are located within the boundaries of the elements of the planning framework established by the project planning area.

• boundaries of built-up land, including land borders, which are linear objects;
• formed the boundary of land, planned to provide physical and legal persons for the construction;
• the boundary of land for placement of objects of capital construction of the federal, regional or local importance;
• the border areas of cultural heritage;
• The boundaries of the zones with special conditions of land use;
• the border zones of public easements.

Documentation for the Urban Development Plans of land includes text and graphics. In the graphic materials there are:

• boundaries of the land and its coordinates;
• border areas of the public easements;
• minimum spacing from the boundaries of the land in order to determine acceptable placement locations of buildings, structures, beyond which prohibited the construction of buildings, structures and facilities;
• capital construction projects (buildings, structures, buildings, construction in progress), located on the land, and their numbers in the order;
• border zones of the planned deployment of capital construction projects for state and municipal needs and the number of these zones in order;
• space allowed placement of buildings, structures, buildings.

The composition of the Town Planning Plan of land may include information about the possibility or impossibility of its division into several plots.

• registration plan for underground utilities;
• Materials Project planning area;
• technical conditions for connecting the planned capital construction to engineering and technical support;
• data sheets of existing facilities located in the boundary of the development of project documentation.
